Laminated Glass uses two pieces, or multi pieces glass, best quality float Annealed glass, flat or curved tempered glass, 3mm 4mm 5mm 6mm 8mm 10mm 12mm 15mm 19mm, clear, low iron, tinted, reflective glass, Low-E glass, silkscreen printed glass for based.

The interlayers are with thickness of: 0.38mm 0.76mm 1.14mm 1.52mm 1.9mm 2.28mm. When the glass is broken, it is still pasted onto the film so that is also called safety glass.

After the PVB or SGP interlayers have been placed between the glass sheets, the whole assembly is subjected to heat and pressure.

This makes the complete adhesion of the PVB or SGP interlayers and the glass becomes the Laminated glass.
